How much does it cost to join the Wine Club?

  • There is no cost to join.

How do the benefits work & when do they begin?

  • Depending on the Wine Club level you join, Estate or Classic, you will receive a number of complimentary tastings, savings on bottle purchases and merchandise, invitations to events, and access to library wines. Your benefits begin as soon as you join.

How often will I be billed?

  • You will be billed four times per year: March, June, September and December.

How can I make changes to my Wine Club account?

  • Members have complete access to your personal account information through the McConnell Estates website. If, for some reason you cannot login, please contact us by email at info@mcconnellestates.com and we will happily help you to regain access.

Can I have someone else pick up my release?​

  • Yes, you can have a friend or family member pick up your release. Just send us an email or give us a call with the name of the person so we can make a note on your account.

What is the cancellation policy?

  • We require members to accept at least 2 shipments before cancellation. If you wish to cancel your membership, we ask that you give notice 30 days before the release of the next club selection. If we do not receive timely notice, you will be required to accept the current release.

 Can I bring my kids? 

  • No. All attendees must be 21 years old to attend wine club events. 

Can I bring my dog? 

  • Dogs are not allowed into our wine club events. We welcome dogs on our tasting room lawns during regular operating hours.

Do I need to bring a chair? 

  • We set up tables and chairs for each event. Should you choose to bring your own chair, it must be placed in a designated area for seating. 

Can I bring guests? 

  • Yes! Each membership admits 2 guests free (you plus 1 additional person). You may bring up to 4 guests at an additional cost. At this time we do not allow guests at our December Wine Club Release Party. 

Do I need to RSVP? 

  • Yes! You must RSVP 1 week prior to event so we can plan catering accordingly. You can RSVP on our website, in our tasting room or even give us a call.

If I choose to be a “pick-up member,” how will I know that my wines are available to pick up?

  • All pick-up members will receive an email notifying them of the release. The pickup party is an opportunity for you to sample the wines, pick up your shipment, and enjoy the benefits of being part of the McConnell Estates family!
  • If you are unable to pick up your release, after 90 days, we will ship the wine to the address on file with your membership. Shipping charges will be applied to the credit card we have on file.
