Private Event Packages:

  • Our Private Event packages are based upon guest count and timeframe
  • Pricing includes 3 hours of active event usage, plus 1 hour for setup and 1 hour for cleanup. Extra hours are available at a rate of $500 per hour, between 10:00am-10:00pm
  • Includes setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, linens, outdoor furniture (if applicable), restrooms, and parking
  • Beverage package is in addition to the venue fee and includes bartenders, glassware and unlimited pours of the chosen beverage package. Options are available for cocktail hour, full event beverage service and non-alcoholic beverages. Our packages include wine, beer, seltzer and wine-based cocktails. We are a wine/beer only facility – no hard alcohol or liquor is allowed on-site
  • Venue packages do not include catering, DJ, décor, or table settings. You can work with any outside vendor of your choice, as long as they are licensed and insured to industry standard
