Our Wines |

|
Our Wines are hand cultivated from varietals grown in our vineyards. They are carefully harvested, crushed and fermented to bring out the rich fruit and color of each varietal. Our wines are barrel aged in French oak in the subterranean barrel cellar beneath the ranch house to give the smooth finish and unique qualities. There are currently over 650 acres of grapes on the Wackman Ranch. Varieties include Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Barbera, Merlot, Petite Syrah, Zinfandel, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. |
